    My Journey to becoming Principal of Natividad Elementary

My name is Susano Marquez and I am proud to serve as the principal of Natividad Elementary. My journey began in Mexico, where I was born and raised with a deep love for soccer. From an early age, soccer taught me the importance of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—values that would shape my path in life.

As I grew older, my passion for soccer evolved into a love for helping others, especially students. Coaching young players became a rewarding experience that sparked my interest in education. Witnessing students develop their skills, gain confidence, and discover their potential inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful impact every day.

This passion led me to take on leadership roles in education, eventually stepping into school administration. Now, as the principal of Natividad Elementary, I am honored to work with an incredible community of students, families, and educators. I am dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and reach their true potential.

Natividad Elementary holds a special place in my heart. The vibrant energy of our students and the commitment of our community fuel my determination to ensure every child receives the opportunities and encouragement they need to succeed. I am committed to continuing this important work, helping our students grow academically, socially, and emotionally as they prepare to achieve their dreams.

I am grateful for the journey that brought me here and look forward to many more years of serving the wonderful students and families of Natividad Elementary. With the support of teachers, the staff and our wonderful parents, we will continue building a brighter future for all the students here at Natividad.
